Refund & Returns

Overview

Kerry Bennett Candles accepts returns within 14 days if products are not opened, used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. All products need to be returned in their original packaging and be in a resaleable condition.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please see the list below for non-returnable items.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

 

The initial postage cost will not be reimbursed; you will need to ship the products back to us at your own cost.

You can contact us about a return through our contact form on our website or on our official social media pages. No products may be returned to Kerry Bennett Candles without the prior written consent of Kerry Bennett Candles.

Once we have agreed to accept your return, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to Kerry Bennett Candles at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service with appropriate compensation cover as Kerry Bennett Candles will not cover any loss or damages in transport.

 

Refunds

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The initial postage cost will not be reimbursed; you will need to ship the products back to us at your own cost.

Once we have received your return and it has passed our quality checks, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If accepted, we will then issue you with a refund for your order, minus the original shipping cost which is non-refundable.

Should a refund be appropriate, it shall be made back to the payment method originally used to pay for the order – refunds can only be processed to the customer who originally paid for the order.

Kerry Bennett Candles assumes no responsibility for damages caused by any delays beyond its control. Please note that refunds can’t be processed for any consequential losses due to delays in delivery or shipping.

All refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us on our contact form on our website.

 

Damages/Faulty Items

If you have received your item and it has been damaged during shipping or it is faulty, please contact us on our website or on our official social media pages as you may not be required to return the item but we will require photographs of the damage(s).

 

Exchanges

If you have purchased a product from our website but when you receive it you are not happy with the scent we are happy to offer a free-of-charge exchange so long as the following terms are met:

It is within 14 days of purchasing and the product(s) are not opened, used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated.

You pay to ship the unused product back to us at your own cost.

We receive the product back in its original, resaleable condition.

Once we have received the product back and it passes our quality checks, we will get in touch with you to ask which product you would like to exchange it for. If you do not want an exchange, please refer to our refund policy.

You will not be reimbursed for any shipping costs and we may charge for reshipping out the exchanged product, this will be at the discretion of Kerry Bennett Candles.


Gifts

Refunds can only be processed to the customer who originally paid for the order. Please refer to our refund policy above for further details.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should get in touch with us via the contact form on our website we will then inform you of how you can ship the items back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
