Shipping & Delivery
Kerry Bennett Candles aims to process all orders within 1-3 business days. However, during busy times, this may be longer and will be noted on the site banner at the top of the website. Once your order has been processed, your order will then be shipped based on the chosen option during checkout. Our standard shipping rate is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours service. However, it can take Royal Mail up to 7 working days to deliver your item. Kerry Bennett Candles assumes no responsibility for damages caused by any delays beyond its control. Please note that refunds can’t be processed for any consequential losses due to delays in delivery or shipping. Processing times for out-of-stock or preorder items may be considerably longer and will be noted at the point of sale in the product description so you are aware of any delays before purchasing.
Can I cancel my order?
If you have placed your order but wish to cancel it and your order has not yet been fulfilled and isn’t a pre-order item, you may cancel your order, free of charge by contacting us on our website. This option is not available if your order has already been fulfilled or shipped. If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped and you would like to return the item for a refund, please visit our returns & refunds policy for more information regarding refunds and returns. Pre-orders are not able to be cancelled. If the item you are ordering is a pre-order item, it will display this clearly at the top of the product description on the product page.
How do I know you have received my order?
You will receive confirmation through email once your order has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us in 24 hours, please check your email “Spam” folder. If after two working days, you still have not received a confirmation email from us, please contact us on our website and we will look into this for you.
Can I place an order outside of the United Kingdom?
At this time, Kerry Bennett Candles only ships to addresses within the UK.
What if an item arrives damaged?
We package our items as safely as possible to minimise damages during shipping. However, sometimes things happen outside of our control. If you have received your item and it has been damaged during shipping, please take photo evidence of the damage(s) and contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will then get in touch with you on how we can make it right. Photographic evidence must be provided so we can forward this to the courier.
