Placement of an order
When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund. We will endeavour to cancel your order and issue a full refund. However, if your order has already been shipped at the time of cancellation, then the cancellation of your order will no longer be possible. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details on how to send your order back to us for a refund if your order has already been shipped.
Should a refund be appropriate, it shall be made back to the payment method originally used to pay for the order – refunds can only be processed to the customer who originally paid for the order.
All refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days.
Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about your order and prices. Delivery
We have multiple delivery options available that you may select during checkout. We send all packages via a tracked service.
If you have not received your order, please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you.
Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos of the damage and inform us within 7 days from your order being shipped. If you do not notify us within this period, Kerry Bennett Candles will assume no responsibility for damages.
Once we have received your message along with the photos, we will reach out to you with information on a resolution. You can contact us about damages through our contact form on our website or on our official social media pages.

Returns Policy
Kerry Bennett Candles accepts returns within 14 days if products are not opened, used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. All products need to be returned in their original packaging and be in a resaleable condition.
The cost of the initial postage will not be reimbursed and you will need to ship the products back to us at your own cost.
You can contact us about a return through our contact form on our website or on our official social media pages. No products may be returned to Kerry Bennett Candles without the prior written consent of Kerry Bennett Candles.
Once we have agreed to accept your return, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to Kerry Bennett Candles at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service with appropriate compensation cover as Kerry Bennett Candles will not cover any loss or damages in transport.
Once we have received your return and it has passed our quality checks, we will then issue you with a refund for your order, minus the original shipping cost which is non-refundable.
